| What to expect | Minoxidil usually needs 3–6 months of regular use before any change can be seen, and results vary from person to person. Some people notice extra shedding in the first weeks; this is common and usually settles. Any benefit fades if you stop using it. It is not a cure for hair loss. |
Good habits
- Wash and fully dry your hair first, ideally in the evening.
- Use light pressure. Never roll hard enough to bleed.
- Don't roll on cuts, pimples, sunburn or irritated skin.
- Clean the roller before and after every use and keep it in its case.
- Never share your roller.
- Patch test the serum on a small area first.
